Service Square lets you request a service through its website, mobile app or call. However, it is highly recommended to place your request through the app to keep track of it and check the history of previous jobs done by us.
In case you place your request through our app or web, our representative will make you a verification call as soon as the request is received.
You can either request a survey or a service directly. A survey is a suitable option for corporate clients who have larger projects – such as re-construction of their property.
If you request a survey, we will send the surveyor to your specified location on the agreed time for an on-site inspection of the estimated cost of the work. He will diagnose your requirements, quote the charges and the products needed, through which we will generate a quotation.
If you request a service, the concerned technicians will be dispatched to your specified location on the agreed time along with all the necessary tools. They will assess the problem and give you a time limit and price to get it fixed.
Once you give the go-ahead to our technicians, they will get to work. After the job is done and you are satisfied with it, you will pay the cash to our workers.
In case any additional issues are discovered during work, our technicians will consult with you and the supervisor before proceeding.
You will also have real-time tracking capabilities through the app about the dispatch and the estimated reach time of the technician.
You will receive step-by-step notifications along with cost quotation and pending/completed reports on your Mobile App.
All the receipts are available through the app and will be provided to you in the email.
